You are the one to move you forward, with support from nature, animals, guides, people.
You are the answer You get to move forward You get to be true to your desires You get to stand in your truth
Life is your Mirror, your reactions holds vibrational portals to internal abundance and liberation.
Work with your love life to see results in your business, work with your sexual shame and wee how easy it becomes to speak your truth in other areas of your life, learn to hold more money and see how supported you allow yourself to be in other areas of your life, allow yourself to BE yourself and notice how you all of a sudden meet the right people for you. The right friends, the right communities, the right love, the right coaches, the right clients, the right opportunities.
The more you allow yourself to be you, the more aligned magnetism flows through you. You are the source, and you are the mirror.
You are the source, and it goes deeper than you can grasp. We have just touched the surface. Awareness is the gateway.
It took me quite som time to get close to the idea that money ”is just energy”…
Sure, I heard people tell me that EVERYTHING is energy, but I felt a lot like materia.^^
Life felt a lot like materia. I was intrigued by the concepts, yet they didn’t make any sense, and I would love for it to make sense.
The good thing about that, is that I was open for life to become more clear to me. If everything is energy – SHOW ME!
Throughout the years I’ve collected so many stories on how I changed my emotions (vibrations) to get a result, a shift, a tangible transformation with my money, to still have a lot left to work with. It was like I got the evidence that it was all real, but somehow I still stayed in struggle and only got ”so far”.
The good thing about that, is that it makes me a good teacher. Spiritual guidance is amazing, but sometimes, our guides and angels have a hard time to make their messaging nuanced enough for a human experience. It’s because they are communicating from this place of pure potential, from the place of the observer, and they are giving the best they can from their capacity.
YEs, even our spiritual helpers has limitations to their capacity which they can expand through. For instance, the teachings of Abraham Hicks has evolved throughout the years. Compare their messaging 15 years ago with now, it’s like they understood the human experience better and can communicate their point of view in a way that feels more tangible now.
My own personal trial and error is making my teachings more nuanced, closer to you and your different challenges. And I’m always on my journey to understand more, become more, and you are more than welcome to join my journey.
So, what started as a series of masterclasses turned into a program, Magic Money.
It’s all evolving day by day, more pieces are being added to the puzzle. For some reason this process is expanding my throat chakra immenesly, and the more the portal opens the more clarity I get in this creation.

It requires safety to be brave, to stretch your edges to the unknown, feeling like everything will be ok, even though we have no idea what it will look like. It doesn’t mean that you have to feel perfectly at peace when you walk into the unknown.
The art of allowing, allowing your energy to move you, the unpredictible force that is your compass, your guide, your magnet, your pull.
To make a move, even though you fear rejection To share you heart To create To anchor in your desire in to your root and allow yourself to act from it. Allow yourself to love your desire and express it. It will help you see your next step. Which is all you need. Make a move based in desire and the path will follow.
I made a sacred comitment to move from intuition this year. Stronger then ever before. It forced me to make decisions, cut back, say no, make my focus connected with my heart. Make my moves and trust the guidance, stay with my emotions, HOLDING EVERYTHING MORE. Ground myself in my pain, vulnerability and excitement.
It’s life creation, and the rewards are insane.
but to say ”i decided to listen to my intuition” is still a very limited peace of it all. Because I had to untangle so many parts of my beleifs. I had to expand my consciousness more. I managed to make 360 with my life because I went deep and invested so much TIME in me. More than ever before. From a feminine and soft place. Everytime huzzle knocked on the door I took a step back. Trust the unfolding, trust the unnkown, trust that it gets to get better, trust that my desire is here because they are a part of my design. How I designed my life before I entered.
The art of allowing, allowing your life force to move you with more passion and creativity. So much… of everything, in abundance.

This is a truth that hit hard. And its unfolding deeper and deeper for every time I circle it back to it’s essence.
I made a mistake based on an assumption, or a innocent misunderstanding. Something that is easy to do when we are humans. Let me take you back in time.
I was a single mom (still am) but the time these reflections were born, my youngest one was just a baby, and I was a young woman trying to figure life out by herself, and whatever books she came across.
a few examples I remember vividly Petter Stordalen, a successful business man wrote his book about his great risks, adventures and early mornings. Never ever did I see him write about late night, puking babies, crying toddlers or the constant focus that the mind has as a parent.
Fredrik Eklund, a hero among real estators, he had happy socks and made funny jumps when he walked around, in order to be remembered, in a busy world where everyone wants to be in the spotlight. He also wrote about his priorities, MAKE SURE TO USE EAR PLUGS, BECAUSE YOUR SLEEP IS PRECIOUS…
I was reading books about men and how they made life an amazing journey, while not having to take responsibility for anyone else. I could see how I got bitter. I loved being a mom, but ear plugs would not really be the wise priority if the kids would need me throughout the nights. I felt inspiration turn into bitterness and frustration.
Later on, I read books about money and money mindset. AGAIN written by men. A common theme in these books where the words ”When I learned to be of service EVERYTHING changed” (hence, that’s when the money entered their lives with more ease).
I thought about that for a while. And I felt, if I ever have to be of service for ANYMORE PEOPLE I will be exhausted. So my assumption was that THESE MEN, hadn’t practiced being of service like US WOMEN. So that was the inbalance they had to work through, while ME and women like me, had to learn to give ourselves first. And if I just learned to make myself a priority more, balance would be uphold, because I aaaaalways serve and give wherever I go. (There is a difference between true energetics and habitual actions).
I was wrong.
I was right and wrong.
I had it all messed up.

I didn’t start a business to make money. I started it because it felt fun, it sounded a bit cool, I was doing animal communication and didn’t want problems with the authorities. Better do things the right way. I felt like a fraud sending my invoices and guilty when getting the money. I did not start a business to run a business. But I was bored of my job, so why not, it felt like fun?
My first year I made 140.000 sek on a course that costed 3500 sek and some 1:1 services on the rage of 500-900 sek.
I was CHOCKED when I saw the numbers by the end of the year. It was more money than I thought was possible for me to get in maybe, I don’t know. I didn’t calculate stuff 😆
That year made me money out of pure joy, because I was so excited to teach intuition, share my animal communication and do some energy work on people. I felt like I had entered a magical world and I wanted to bring everyone with me. LOOK WHAT WE GET TO EXPERIENCE IN THIS LIFE TIME!!
I was in joyful service, I gave because I was overflowing and the results blew my mind.

Then… I thought ”Lets learn how to do it the real way” and I ”entered” business, wondering if I actually belonged. Could I even call myself a business owner?
I’ve been confusing my way around in business for a while ever since. Learning a lot in many different fields, taking breaks from creating sources of income in order to write the book, publish the book… Avoiding the business because I felt confused. Tried things I learned…. and here is one very annoying experience….
I would help my friends and clients with strategies (marketing and sales) which I had learn from different teachers, and they would apply it with great results…. while me myself and I felt like MEH…. Nothing would match up the experience from my first year… Although I made more money, it wasn’t significant and I almost always felt like something was missing.
What was missing? —–
The most essential part. I was focusing on the wrong thing. My aim was
”How can I do business the correct way? How could I create a business for me? That supports me and my family? How can I make this sustainable for me? How can I make something that is fun for me? etc….
For being someone who identifies as not so selfish, those questions are very self centered… and not in a good way.
OBVIOUSLY those are important questions, but those are not the money making questions. Those are not the energetics that will make people reach out to buy your stuff.
Turns out, all the men in those books where right. Your work HAS to be of service to others. Why the hell would the clients pay you otherwise? 😂
However, if you would feel like I felt back then ”If I have to serve more people I will become exhausted”… (or anything close to that energy) your answer is not to, not be of service. Your answer is to serve yourself first.
This is one part of Be(coming) the Abundance. You are responsible for your foundation. A solid, loving, good foundation, is what gives you a place to serve from. Sleep matters, food matters, nutrition, intimacy, laughter, art, emotional release, solving conflicts. An open heart where you actually appreciate what you do and who you are, where you SEE AND FEEL the value you bring to others, where your clients result or experience becomes EVEN MORE important for you. That’s a great foundation to run a business from.
It’s you being in your abundant experience of life, with your abundant expression. You don’t even have to overthink about how to say, what and when (even though strategies will amplify your message!!). If you cant shut up about the benefits your work has, you are on a good route. The right people gets to find you.
You might need to clean up your vibration in order to step in to abundance, You might need to open your heart to be able to connect with your love, You might need to drop your fear of judgement to wholeheartedly take up the space you desire.
There might be more things to uncover for you.
You get to enjoy yourself, your life and the service you put forward to the world (regardless if you run your own company or not). The laws are energetic so you will be rewarded regardless.
important shadow side note: It will not work if you say OK LET ME BE OF SERVICE SO THAT I CAN GET GREAT THINGS IN RETURN 😂 that’s a greedy needy shadow that might pop up every now and then. Its fine, greet it with love and bring in light and awareness.
That was that. My Biggest Mistake in Business was to make it all about me, instead of making it all about you. Not that I didn’t car about you before. I did, I always have. But my business has to be built around serving you. Just like a restaurant is serving food with a entire echo system that are designed for the costumer experience.

These past 6 months of exploring abundance is changing me so much, and I’m here to dive deeper in to how I can serve with more depth, and truly expand and ground those energetics deeply. As always, what I give I want to share, yet anchoring in the energetics of service deeper then ever before.
Which means, that I have to constantly expand my abundance to be able to give from a place of overflow.

What would be different if you experienced the urge to give just because you HAD more love inside of you?
My path is to teach from my own journey, to share my experiences and let that inspire, influence and empower, in combination with my energy work, which is all about liberation.
Some feel uplifted by me, some feel triggered by what I write, some get activated and make moves, while others hire me to become their version of ”the one”.
The one that has the answers, the intuitive personal power, the softness, the direction and the goals.
One of my themes for contemplation the last couple of months has been how to BE(come) abundance? If we attract what we are from a vibrational point of view, it would be very beneficial in all areas to BE abundance. In order to become something different, the ”something” needs to be defined. Abundance is to have it all. The energy, the passion, the boundaries, the love, health, patience, effortlessness, direction.
Abundance not simply ”a high” vibration.
Its many different vibrations vibrating freely, without old stagnations holding the movement of the vibration back. Allowing the vibrations within the cells to be free, in their natural healthy state, which will manifest itself in different ways in different people. It’s not about perfection, it’s about direction and liberated movement.
The path towards becoming abundance, is the alchemizing part, a journey of shadow work or purification as well as activating what’s already good and allowing it to amplify and grow stronger. You can do a lot by yourself, yet, since you always hold blind spots, it’s always powerful to get support and healing service from someone you feel safe with.
Personally,
I felt stuck in my own experience of confusion. I knew that there was a blind sport (or many) that were holding me back and nothing I did would help. Until I decided to ask for help, support, service in bringing in more light and awareness to my confusion.
To my surprise I needed more safety and trust. I had no awareness of me not feeling safe, until a few days later when I got to experience my expanded safety. The difference were monumental, and even though I know in my mind that we always carry blind spots, and that expansion always is possible, it still felt mind blowing to me. How amazing to feel THIS AMOUNT OF SAFETY, without even having the awareness that I felt unsafe prior to this moment.
In one week I got almost six hours of energy work and activations and it helped me clear out so much sadness and grief from my heart, and on the other side of that clearing, I could feel more gratitude. Soft, loving, easy, magnetic gratitude.
I used my awareness to send gratitude towards my clients. And the days that followed gave me more spontaneous outreach than I have had in a long time. Energy Clearing sessions, Entity Clearing sessions, Animal Communication. Book Sales, and even a paid lecture about money for an organisation for women with HIV. This chain of effects inspired me to contemplate deeper about my WHY.
Why do I continue to practice energy work, coaching, intuition and personal power? Why do I come back to this mission again and again. Why do I care?
In my contemplation, for why I want to be of service, I experienced another mind blowing ”truth I already know.”
In the mirror of the outside life,
while I was thinking about, and feeling into, WHY I truly care about my clients, I received the most epic service from the providers around me. All from the receptionists at the hotels in Italy (I was there with my 10 year old son last week) that allowed us to stay longer, eat more and just be extremely service minded, to the servants at the restaurants that gave us extra time, explanation, extra treats and valuable conversations,
to the car mechanic fixing a few things with my car for free, to the taxi driver that gave us discount and the people at the airport that made my son feel like he was getting VIP treatment.
New level of abundance
That all feels like a new level of abundance to experience. Because that’s what it is. And I could stop here, and enjoy the view in the comfort of my current experience of life
Or I could continue the alchemizing process, continue to release old grief, continue to increase my sense of safety continue to heal jealousy, judgement, loneliness continue to activate and expand my sense of gratitude, love and appreciation for life
continue to get help, on a regular basis, Supporting me so that I can support others
and make this year a year to remember
A year where I felt safe enough to go BIGGER, while being softer A year where I served more people from my zone of genius A year where all the work I’ve done with myself became the foundation for the next dreamy transformation of my life.
I’m here to expand in to whole new experience of abundance, in remembering who I am so that I can help you do the same.

If you want magic, if you want transformation, you need to come back and repeat.The yogis do their asanas every day, the monks meditates every morning, the muslims pray five times a day, christians goes to church every Sunday, and so on….People with great muscles lifts weights on a regular basis, and people that run far, prioritize running often. Magic is not unreal out of reach, magic is momentum experienced through your repetition.
BUT. YOU. WILL. ONLY. MAKE. THE. EFFORT. IF
1)You have a desire, a goal, something to strive towards that you can’t ignore
2)You believe more possible for you.
3) Your dream is more important to you than your fear or
4) You can’t stand your pain, and that makes you move.
and here is the truth If you don’t know what you want, your heart is numb, and on a subconscious level you are hiding your truth because it felt like the safe thing to do. Unlock the numbness through emotional intelligence and shadow work and you will feel more alive for each day, CONNECTED to your passions.
and since the love, your dream is so evident, you have to support yourself to believe it’s possible for you.
For years I would move from pain. But I decided, again and again, to be the kind of person that moves from love. I want to be a person that moves from love. So that is my practice.
Love for my clients, love for my work, love for my family, love for the change I can be and do in this world.
Today, I will feel pain, but don’t let that move me. I will feel the pain until love is back, and I’ll move from there. Hence, my transformation is not by chance or through luck. Even my quantoum leaps are a result of many gradual shifts through conscious decisions again and again.
I choose my intuitive work, I choose to increase my emotional capacity, I choose me calibrating to my dreams all the time. And I’m inviting you with me.

I’m not a millionaire, yet.I cant really remember when I started to actually identify as someone that will become one as I do now. For many years it felt far away, impossible, out of reach. And as I struggled with my finances I heard Abraham Hicks say that the problem lies in the pedestal, in the thought that the money are far away, almost impossible, crazy out of reach. Our manifestations, our dreams are mostly close vibrationally, when they feel like the next logical step, so our work is to calibrate step by step to the point where the dream feels like the next logical step and ”voila”, the dream is in the reality. Think about that for a moment. Think about the times when you were convinced, certain, like you knew you could be, do, have it, and nothing could change your mind. Because you FELT it. And you were right. That’s the formula. And the only way to get there is to release the blocks, resistance, stagnations, while making the dream feel so real, so close so here that it’s not a question of IF, it’s a question of WHEN, and since you are in gratitude for your now, there is no time pressure. ^^
Thats millionaire me now, it’s not the next logical step but it’s pretty damn close. It’s what I see for myself, without time pressure, and genuine appreciation for where I’m at right now. But it wasn’t always like that, 2019, I went to an event called The Millionaire Mind event. It was live, in Stockholm, and I went because I had a strong feeling that I should go. I brought an amazing friend of mine with me, and we were both mindblown by the 3 day experience. At the event we got an exercise that my friend went on and did with conviction. While I half assed it for a while and then forgot about it. It was called the money jar exercise and it was designed to 1) structure your money in a really smart way 2) activate your dreams, vibrations, manifestations 3) make you a millionaire. They had so many cool testimonials, but I felt to poor to even do the exercise. They told us to start with pennies if that’s what we had. But I couldn’t even manage to do that. Not because I lacked money. It was because I lacked conviction, not in the exercise but in me. I did not think these results were possible for me. So I didn’t even try. My friend was convinced and has done several cool things since then, and last time we spoke she had invested in a company with plans to make a strong exit within a few years.
If I was SURE that I would make it, I would make the exercise work for me. That is an abundant mindset. Someone that chooses to create wealth with what is. But I was stuck in my blocks and forgot about it all quite soon.
Now, six years later, one of my favorite online people, Melanie Ann Layer (a self made millionaire that’s making money in a way I have never seen or heard before) shared her story with the exact same event (they are doing these events on a global scale) and exercise. This was the time before her financial success, living month to month with credit cards. Her resistance to the money jars were more than mine. But at one point, thanks to her fiancé Kevin, they decided to give it an honest chance. They worked through the resistance, made the money jar more suitable for them, and rather fast, their financial situation began to change. And now she is on the top, making insane amounts of money doing great things in the world. She said, that the momentum changed because of this event. It made money real, and it made the purpose of the money (what to do with them) REAL. Logical. Vibrationally active and present.
Did I feel inspired by her? Yes. Did I do the money jar exercise?
Nah. I did it twice.
The interesting thing is that both times I did it, I felt the power. I told myself that I should do it every second week. It was such a fun ceremony, to really think about the purpose of having a lot of money. To truly step in to how I desire to support people around me, animals in the world, memories I want to create for me and my kids. To actively step in to the vibration of me with a looot of money on a regular basis. I FELT the difference, and actually had a shift in how much money was left by the end of the month (normally I spend a liiittle bit more than I plan to ”embracing life, being spontaneous pattern”).
Yet, I only did the exercise twice this year.
And as I write about it I can feel something (blocks) move in my throat. I would guess its fear of disappointment. What if I go all in and it doesn’t work?
Do I believe in my fear more than my dream?
NO.
So what can I do to show up for this exercise?
I’ll do what I did for my yoga practice the last couple of years. I’ll teach it, because when I have students waiting, I show up, until my energy is activated enough to show up for myself. The students will show up because they paid for it and desire a return on their investments.

My body is tingling with activation as I envision this as a monthly ceremony. I will combine the money jar exercise with individual clearings and activations for anyone participating live, to make it even more powerful.
Money is a resource that you can use for good. Lean in to your resistance and allow yourself to heal all parts that feels yucky, destructive, bad, negative, out of reach, not for you, only for bad people. Make it something good. Make yourself more than comfortable with your money.
We will do our first Money Jar Ceremony on Sunday this week at 5 pm CEST, to repeat it every month for the rest of the year.

I remember roling my eyes, annoyed, at women who referred to themselves as Witches back in the days….
I felt uncomfortable in so many undefined ways,
In hindsight I understand that it was a combination of unresolved past life traumas, the fear of being different, and to woo woo in this life, combined with all children books where the Witch were portrayed as someone ugly and bad.
Just as I have done my work around the word money, I have done work around the word witch. However, it was not thanks to an insight or pushed by a desire, as it has been with money. My healing journey around my Witchy soul was thanks to life, throwing me in to the memories of past lives of suffering the conseqences of being a witch, again and again, feeling it all,
and it was thanks to my body loosing it’s life force when I tried to be ”normal”, that I realized that there is only one way to live. In truth. Which reveals itself through connecting with our blind spots.
Healers, nature lovers, anyone in the field of alternative medicine, animal communicator, angel whisperer, priestess, tantrica, are all different forms of, or related to witches. If you read these emails and find them intriguing or provoking, it could be a sign of you being a witch.
During these months of reflecting, leaving radio, tv, public speaking behind. I’ve come to realize how I can embody everything I am and share it under one umbrella.
The vision is to serve yor your personal development where I get to play with energy work, entity clearings, bring in wisdom from nature and the horses, channel different godessess, explore concepts from chinese medicine and more. It’s me stepping in to my Witchy Witch and stand up tall and loud, so that anyone that is hiding EVEN THE SLIGHTEST, can work with me to be liberated in her unique power and light.

I’ve been having a few weeks quite intense practice in my own teachings coming to the moments of doubting myself and everything I stand for, while feeling like the questioning doesn’t even feel that real anymore.
Me doubting this work felt almost like ”for show”. How lovely, to doubt the doubt. My teachings in Intuition, or conscious life creation, is partly to allow the emotions to be felt, and the old stories to receive awareness and expression, while not making them mean anything else than to be a purification process. Knowing, that I’m feeling it all to let it go (just like they teach in yoga, breathe in to the pain and exhale it out). And it works.Instead of dwelling in my sorrows, identifying myself with my pain, I’ve grown a stronger brand (people ask me who I hired for my branding guessing on big names in the industry, while it’s only me my intuitive creativity and Canva), I created a stronger vision and gotten a insights on how to improve my service for my clients and also attracted a few cool things for myself outside my business as well.
I have many stories from this year already, that I want to share, and my aim is to record a few podcast episodes in Moneyfestation this weekend.
Yet, as I took my evening bath I felt the urge to write about my intentional work for this year, because it’s been really cool and I want you to create a cool year as well.
For five years now I’ve been very intentional with my years and it has been life changing, each year. While for 2025, I doubled down on my intentional work. First of all, I really felt like I needed to step up and step in to my business in a new way, so the theme of my year 2025 is INTUITIVE SOLUTIONS, which is the official name of my company. Coming back to basics, to the essence of the life I desire to live and the teachings I’m here to learn, expand and give. Nothing is allowed to be forced, yet there is a lot I desire to create.
Besides a strong intention for my year, I decided to give each month an intention. For January I had Rest and Reflect, for February it was Luxury and Structure and for March Personal Power.
As we transition in to April I’ll get to experience Magic and Memories, May stands for Rest, Play and Expand while June is about Midyear Organize and Nature Love.
In June (or before, if I get the intuitive pull) I’ll channel the themes for the rest of the year.
Besides giving my months a theme, I’ve also added som tangible meanings to them while making space for universe to match my calendar with whatever is a perfect fit. And it’s not like the previous months disappears as I move in to the new one.
When I left January, I was anchored in to all the reflection and rest I had given myself, and I continue to tap in to that energy both consciously and subconsciously because I made it a habit. The structure I created for myself in february, is integrated in my everyday life and when I step to far away from the structure I desire, I feel it way sooner than before and can catch myself at an early stage. And little did I know, how intense March would be for me on an emotional level, when I wrote down Personal Power, and wow how perfect on spot it was for me. Together with this intention I was consistent with my intuitive work every day through my pains, but ALSO, I went to the gym and practiced yoga on a regular basis with EASE which I haven’t done this consistently since 2018 or something (LIKE WHAT IS THAT FOR A EVERYDAY MIRACLE???). All of these is creating me, new standard me, new life me, so that I can be of positive influence on a greater level and live a life that feels true, alive, energetic and bright. It’s no pressure, no force, it’s evolution, growth, expansion. Very intentional work.
You get the picture!! In April (memories and magic), I’ll go to a big conference, travel to Italy with my youngest son, and probably hang out with one of my sisters that lives far away = Memories. But what kind of Magic am I calling in? I don’t know!! (EXCITED!!)
and for May (play, rest + expand)… I’ll be going to Riga for a leadership program with the Swedish Embassy and I have now idea what to expect more than that it feels like play and expansion at the same time, with possible circles on the water for many years to come.
And this is not all. But I wont’ share more yet. ^^ Let’s enjoy these parts first.
Life is giving. I’m stretching. Becoming more, Taking more ownership over my life, creating more intention. Building confidence and personal proof that I get to create my life. The intentional work is working, and the emotional work is a important part of it. I’m proudly embodying my teachings on a deeper level. Sharing it more boldly, everywhere. No more hiding (witch hunt past life trauma).
Yet, there are a few things I desire to do on a monthly basis that I haven’t done. But I know that these things will help me even more, to be even more of a conscious creator of our reality. And to keep myself accountable, I’ll do it together with the members of Alignment Club as an add on to whats already included.
