My path is to teach from my own journey, to share my experiences and let that inspire, influence and empower, in combination with my energy work, which is all about liberation.
Some feel uplifted by me, some feel triggered by what I write, some get activated and make moves, while others hire me to become their version of ”the one”.
The one that has the answers, the intuitive personal power, the softness, the direction and the goals.
One of my themes for contemplation the last couple of months has been how to BE(come) abundance? If we attract what we are from a vibrational point of view, it would be very beneficial in all areas to BE abundance. In order to become something different, the ”something” needs to be defined. Abundance is to have it all. The energy, the passion, the boundaries, the love, health, patience, effortlessness, direction.
Abundance not simply ”a high” vibration.
Its many different vibrations vibrating freely, without old stagnations holding the movement of the vibration back. Allowing the vibrations within the cells to be free, in their natural healthy state, which will manifest itself in different ways in different people. It’s not about perfection, it’s about direction and liberated movement.
The path towards becoming abundance, is the alchemizing part, a journey of shadow work or purification as well as activating what’s already good and allowing it to amplify and grow stronger. You can do a lot by yourself, yet, since you always hold blind spots, it’s always powerful to get support and healing service from someone you feel safe with.
Personally,
I felt stuck in my own experience of confusion. I knew that there was a blind sport (or many) that were holding me back and nothing I did would help. Until I decided to ask for help, support, service in bringing in more light and awareness to my confusion.
To my surprise I needed more safety and trust. I had no awareness of me not feeling safe, until a few days later when I got to experience my expanded safety. The difference were monumental, and even though I know in my mind that we always carry blind spots, and that expansion always is possible, it still felt mind blowing to me. How amazing to feel THIS AMOUNT OF SAFETY, without even having the awareness that I felt unsafe prior to this moment.
In one week I got almost six hours of energy work and activations and it helped me clear out so much sadness and grief from my heart, and on the other side of that clearing, I could feel more gratitude. Soft, loving, easy, magnetic gratitude.
I used my awareness to send gratitude towards my clients. And the days that followed gave me more spontaneous outreach than I have had in a long time. Energy Clearing sessions, Entity Clearing sessions, Animal Communication. Book Sales, and even a paid lecture about money for an organisation for women with HIV. This chain of effects inspired me to contemplate deeper about my WHY.
Why do I continue to practice energy work, coaching, intuition and personal power? Why do I come back to this mission again and again. Why do I care?
In my contemplation, for why I want to be of service, I experienced another mind blowing ”truth I already know.”
In the mirror of the outside life,
while I was thinking about, and feeling into, WHY I truly care about my clients, I received the most epic service from the providers around me. All from the receptionists at the hotels in Italy (I was there with my 10 year old son last week) that allowed us to stay longer, eat more and just be extremely service minded, to the servants at the restaurants that gave us extra time, explanation, extra treats and valuable conversations,
to the car mechanic fixing a few things with my car for free, to the taxi driver that gave us discount and the people at the airport that made my son feel like he was getting VIP treatment.
New level of abundance
That all feels like a new level of abundance to experience.
Because that’s what it is.
And I could stop here, and enjoy the view in the comfort of my current experience of life
Or I could continue the alchemizing process,
continue to release old grief,
continue to increase my sense of safety
continue to heal jealousy, judgement, loneliness
continue to activate and expand my sense of gratitude, love and appreciation for life
continue to get help, on a regular basis,
Supporting me so that I can support others
and make this year a year to remember
A year where I felt safe enough to go BIGGER, while being softer
A year where I served more people from my zone of genius
A year where all the work I’ve done with myself became the foundation for the next dreamy transformation of my life.
I’m here to expand in to whole new experience of abundance, in remembering who I am so that I can help you do the same.

Be willing to face the unknown within you
and choose the mentor, guide, teacher, healer, coach that feels right for you.
